Open GL ES 3.0 is expected to bring "updated shading language, enhanced texturing" to Android. The mobile graphics specification is already supported by chips like the Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 which is found in new handsets like the LG Optimus G Pro, HTC One and the Samsung Galaxy S4. Improved graphics will certainly lead to a crop of new games for Android 4.3.
Android 4.3 is expected to be introduced during Google I/O which takes place later this month. Originally, it had been thought that Google would debut Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie during the developer event, but with OEMs asking for a delay so that they can push out Android 4.2.2 to their current devices, Google has agreed to hold off on releasing the next major update to Android.
